CaptionFast is a video captioning app that prioritizes your privacy. We process your videos on-device whenever possible and only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or Twitter, we receive basic profile information from these providers.

Video Content

Your videos are processed on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. We do not upload, store, or have access to your video content.

Usage Data

We track the number of videos you export each month to manage free tier limits. We also collect basic analytics such as screen views to improve the app experience.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to CaptionFast Pro, we receive subscription status and purchase history from RevenueCat. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.
